About Adrian Alba, LMT

Adrian Alba graduated from the Advanced Therapist Program at Hands on Therapy in Mesquite, TX in 2015. Adrian specializes in muscle reeducation, bringing the body back into balance, and correcting biomechanical dysfunctions.  Using deep tissue neuromuscular and soft tissue techniques to alleviate chronic pain, overuse injuries, and overcompensation Adrian is the one to call if you are looking to take your training to the next level.

From NFL Pro Bowlers, Super Bowl Champions, elite runners, highly recruited high school and college athletes, currently working with SMU athletes; professional treatment for the everyday athlete is what he brings to the table.
